my flight from tpe to lax was delayed and i couldnt make my lax-den flight, i got through customs, it was a breeze - very friendly. so i got a standby ticket from united and proceeded to the tsa security, i had the SSSS, but it wasnt bad at all. first i had to remove my shoes and do the secondary screening. then when i was done with that they checked my bags and made jokes, etc. it was very pleasent, i was very surprised. then alex and lynn from amazing race came through the united security where we all said hi and etc, one of the tsa screeners was very happy to see them.

i always used to associate the lax tsa as one of the most vicious from experience, but this time changed it...

I suppose you slap people in the face in public enough times they can even become inured to that.
