Federal Security SSSS List?
 
My Travel companion travels on every flight with me. He gets the SSSS everytime he flies. Is there a list the the Airline or Govt can put a person on so they get SSSS on every flight?

I remember hearing about a list that one can be on that provides for automatic intensive searches (SSSS) that is one step down from the "no-fly" list. The extra scutiny list?

Yes. There are many lists and various contributors of lists that get fed into CAPPS/CAPPSII (aka SecureFlight) too.
