Goodbye Admiral James Loy!!!

Grand Forks News Article

"James Loy, the No. 2 official at the Homeland Security Department and former head of the Transportation Security Administration, is retiring, the agency announced Monday.

Loy will remain on the job until March 1 or until a successor is confirmed by the Senate. His resignation, coupled with Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge's planned Feb. 1 departure, means the 180,000-person agency will be without its two top officials."

Good riddance!!!

It's a shame that this criminally incompetent shoe pervert will draw a pension.

Perhaps Admiral Stone will follow Admiral Loy out the inSecurity door.

Presumably his actions in the Coast Guard were not un-American, criminally-incompetent harassment of airline passengers that border on treason.

One can have a military retirement pension rescinded if you're convicted of a felony. I recall that someone in Congress sponsored a bill to waive this requirement for Ollie North if he had been convicted of a felony during Iran-Contra.

That would really make my day. However, his departure alone is like getting an early Christmas present.

Well, we can hope the departure of one person makes a difference, but organizations are big dumb animals in a way. Time will tell.
