Caps II Theory?

The news today said that CapsII is being withdrawn for the moment. Before the news came out I started an outline trying to speculate on all of the data points which you can gather from a PNR. I will try to post it in a few days when I have time.

There are a HUGE amount of data - an AMEX PNR has the biggest data collection with up to 165 lines of comments - but all that data gets parsed out as it moves towards the DCS - by the time it gets to the DCS there is very little left - essentially only what the airline needs to push back the plane. And that is why pre-screening BEFORE a threat gets to the airport is the best security procedure.
