Orange ???

I had two experiences on a rt PHL-CVG last weelend. US-Ex

Flying with my wife and son (Tim and Mary), my son arrived at airport before us and checked in. When my wife and I checked in, the agent says, "I have two Tim's (I am Tim also). Mary has checked-in. Where is your son now?" Interestingly enough, he was at the gate, through security.

Our solution was to go ahead and get the two Tim BP's and see if my wife could get through with that, figuring I could always go to the gate and make the switch. Lo and behold, no problem for her.

On return out of CVG, we were boarded on the CRJ and a GA came on board carrying a back-pack saying "Anyone leave this in the gate area?"

Am I feeling safer in the skies or what?

What's the issue? All property and persons screened right? Sounds fine to me.

Actually, it is a LEO call for unattended bags, no one should even touch an unattended bag...
