Pretty much, if Im going through a bag and happen upon money in a very large sum, then I call a supervisor. The Xray operater will not call bag check on money though.

But something you all need to know is that screeners can not physically detain anyone pretty much if in the process, I called a supervisor and the guy/gal grabbed her bag and ran, the most Im allowed to do is call for a LEO if I see one or possibly follow them at a distinct until a LEO arrives.

But no Im not supposed to sit there and count the persons money, Im just to call a supervisor who will at that point take over where I left off.

Yeeeesh! CAPPS II, not bags and not some phantom list. Any comments on the subject?

CAPPS II is a idea I dont like at all either. There is no need to know that kind of stuff about a passenger and how it could possibly effect US travel. The men on 9/11 werent even suspected terrorists so how would it have stopped them from getting on board.

If they put it into action, I bet there will be lots of problems of course and regular civilians will get labeled and that will just destory air travel even more.
