Flying Around the Middle East

Next week I have BEG/VIE/CAI on OS and then CAI/AMM//AMM/DOH/IAD on MS and QR. Should I be concerned about air travel around the ME during the current conflict? Or do these airlines generally bypass any areas of conflict?

Hope you made it safely! Airlines generally route to avoid conflict areas. After the Malaysian shoot down, they have been much more cautious.
