I am in no way alleging a crime was committed. For those of you making that misinterpretation, that's your error.
I don't know why the term "pseudo-legal language" was used, either it is or it is not [legal].
Cathay was not the airline. I did not name the airline because it's not entirely relevant nor would it be good for their image if people found out that they have been breaking protocol and trust. You have to ask, if they have no regard for passenger security and safety this time, how many other times would it occur?
