JFK Intl Departures Terminal 5
On June 18th Monday my American Airlines Flight lands at JFK from Miami at 655pm then my Aer Lingus flight leaves at 850pm to Dublin. I am travelling all on one ticket American Miami to JFK and Aer Lingus JFK to Dublin with no checked baggage, just a carry on and I understand I have to go from the American terminal to terminal 5 and go through security again. My question is what is that process like? Long? Lines usually short?

Walk from gate to exit, exit JFK Terminal 8, walk to Air Train, Take Air Train (there will be many people there guiding you onto the correct train) to Terminal 5. Walk, walk more, just a little more and then down escalator to get to security. From there I think you know the drill.
