I've been very happy with this one.
Amazon Amazon

I bought it to power my 2017 15" MBP when I traveled to Europe earlier this year. Comes in at 99.1WH and nobody at my hometown airport, ORD, LHR, LIS or Eurostar batted an eye when passing through security. My only complaint is the thing weighs almost 1.5 pounds (~700g) so I only really used it on the plane and train.

Traveling with lithium batteries

Spare (uninstalled) lithium-ion and lithium metal batteries must be carried in carry-on baggage only. When a carry-on bag is checked at the gate or at planeside, all spare lithium batteries must be removed from the bag and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin.
