LAX TSA Lost and Found contact info
Hi everyone,
My fiancée left her laptop at a TSA security checkpoint last Thursday. She contacted them by email them Friday morning with a description and a serial number, and they said they had it. They asked her to provide a UPS shipping label and a completed TSA release form, which she did. The problem is, no one has responded to any of her emails since last Friday (She sent three so far), and the laptop hasn't been shipped. She is geting increasingly worried and frustrated. The phone number provided here only goes to an automated message, and she has no other way to contact LAX TSA Lost and Found. Bottom line -- if anyone here might have a phone number for LAX TSA Lost & Found that an actual human being picks up, please PM me (or post it here, if you're comfortable with it). Many thanks in advance. |
duplicate.

Not sure what "duplicate" means in the post above -- I didn't post this in any other threads or forums. Anyway, it appears the issue has been resolved -- the TSA shipped the laptop (according to tracking), although they still haven't communicated by email.

My answer was just a number that got forwarded to the numbers you already know. Wasn't a statement against yours.

Lost Bag
I believe I left a bag at TSA screening at LAX. I have emailed, tweeted, called and have been unable to speak with a person regarding the bag.
I simply need someone to confirm it is there as I am all the way over on the east coast. I've tried these numbers at LAX: 310-242-9073 - TSA prerecorded message 310-242-2911 - unnamed customer service 855-463-5252 - LAX main information line 866-289-9673 - TSA main line 424-646-5678 - LAX Airport Police none of the above go to a live person at TSA terminal 3 in LAX, and if they do, the person at the number simply has a the same numbers above. |

Did you call the airline?

I was hoping that the airline would give you a phone number for the TSA folks at T3.
Reviewing your OP, I can't tell if you tried emailing TSA Lost & Found: [email protected] |
P.S. Did you fill out the airport police online Lost & Found Form?

General TSA Lost and Found Contact Info
This story came across a local paper - it has a link to the TSA's L&F contact page for all US airports. Also has some other useful suggestions.
