Liquids and Security

I recently bought some 100ml bottles on eBay to decant toiletries and other liquids for HBO flights. However, a work colleague looked at them and said, "They don't have the capacity marked on the bottle. I'm not sure they'll be security accepted."

I checked on the DfT website (UK) and I can't see this specifically mentioned anywhere, but it sounds like a logical thing that security would enforce.

Would the fact that there's no capacity indicated on the bottles be a problem within the EU?

Yes, if it is noticed they will almost certainly be deemed unacceptable.

Decanting into unlabelled bottles can also be an issue at some airports.
