Pre check is variable???
 

Flying between LIH and SFO and to the UK: I seem to always have Pre Check.
My husband (different last name) has it about 50% of the time!!!:mad:

No point in me getting thru security in 2 min if it takes him 20min. I have looked on the United web site and there doesnt seem to be any link to opt in for Pre Chek?
Is this just another "change we will like?"

You can go into your account, scroll all the way to the bottom right, click Manage Profile, click TSA Pre-screening Program, and select the Opt In radio button. It also helps to enter a Known Traveler Number/PASS ID (e.g., Global Entry number).
