How to schedule Global Entry interview?
 

I guess that I assumed it was a computerized process, but maybe it is a phone call.

I just received notice that I am 'conditionally approved'. However, once logged in to GOES, I see no way to schedule the interview itself. Even the letter states to go to www.cbp.gov, login, and register.

Am I just missing the obvious, or should I just call the office number in the letter?

I am having the same problem. It says to click on the "schedule interview" button but there is no button.

Try exiting your browser and then reopening and going back in.
