Too bad links can't have quotes in them. "oversight" should be put in quotes as we all know how well "oversight" works with TSA.

Oh My Aching Head

Who or what does "Steptoe & Johnson LLP (Mr. Baker) represent today?

http://www.steptoe.com/

Is he there to represent the TSA? Yes/No? Huh?

Unless it's explicitly explained who or what this law firm represents today, I don't think I want to hear from this guy at all.

Thank you, Rep. Chaffetz for giving a smackdown to Baker's dismissal of privacy/Fourth Amendment concerns and a couple of his more flippant comments.

Baker's ilk are why there are skidmarks in front of a road-kill snake but not a road-kill lawyer.

Lawyers ought to dog-pile him in an effort to police their own.

The description of using dogs sounded much like the description of how many TSOs function....needs frequent retraining, can't work long without taking a break, need multiple per checkpoint, etc. :D

My exact thought at that moment... How would that be any different from what we have now?? Actual effectiveness! That would be different.

Oh, and don't forget that dogs have an annual cost of $20-$30k. Whoa, back up, better buy some more cancer/personal violation machines.
