So where did they get her picture? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm completely speculating, of course ... but I suspect they got the picture from their checkpoint cameras. (Amazing that the checkpoint cameras always seem to work whenever TSA needs them.)

MmmmHmmm, keep that in mind at the next instance of a screener mistreating PAX, or theft. Interesting that they also have the capability to print out hard copies on the spot.

The 'T' in DY...T could also be tomorrow as well, presuming she wants to get back home. How would you explain to an elderly woman that she now needs a redress # when she flies b/c of some list she was put on because of incompetence to screen her right the first time.
