Should I carryon with mirrors?

Hi All,

Can I carry with mirrors for my sister-in-law's car and I have to take along with me. Should I allow go through at TSA checkpoint? I don't have any problems from TSA approvals. I will try to put the mirrors into the checked bags. Because it was freight with the mirrors inside the box. So I got the package came at my house this earlier afternoon. However, if you guys have any questions for your concerns. Thanks all.

Regards

Hmmmm, in survival trainings we were taught to signal, cook and start fire with a mirror.

If one of the mirrors has OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR written on it, that's the one to stuff down your pants before you go through security. ;)

Was okay before

Are you departing from PHX? In 2007 I took a pair of motor-adjust rear-view mirrors through T4 in my carry-on. No problem. X-ray operator backed it up a couple times, I told them what was in it, they unzipped main compartment to look, that was all.

I did not want to put them in checked bags because 1) the mirrors or adjustments could break if the bag was dropped hard, and 2) they were a discontinued model very hard to replace.

Good luck and have a nice trip!

Yes, I am leaving for Switzerland on Oct. 18 and will be back home on Oct 31. Just the time for Halloween. So if my flight will be very successful. I don't have any commons problems from TSA approved. So I will allow it to carryon into the entire aircraft without any explanation from airlines.
