Brain Scan Machine
I've been reading the various arguments about the body scan machine and so forth. One of the main arguments I hear is "It's fast and quick and it allows me to get on with my day."
If someone invented a brain scan machine, basically something which you walk through and it scans all your thoughts and ideas - and all this will take less then 2 seconds, would people prefer using that machine? Let's say there's two lines, one for normal screening with the X-Rays, Metal Detectors, Body Scans, Pat downs etc and a Brain Scan Machine. Let's also say the Brain Scan has no a 30 second line and the normal screening has a 30 min wait, which one would people choose? |
I think a brain scan machine would be an outright violation of human rights. More so than a nude-o-scope machine.
Personally I'd rather face a nude-o-scope than having a machine search my mind, past my private memories, thoughts and feelings. My mind is more private than my privates. Besides a Brain scan could be exploited more so than a brain machine, I reckon. |
I'm not convinced there is any point to this particular discussion (speculating about something that doesn't exist).
