I want to understand what makes you think LessO2 got confused since you haven't yet demonstrated that. |

Great! Then you shouldn't have a problem with being a little more clear in your posting by doing what you haven't done yet: demonstrating that LessO2 got confused.

TSA is not going to set up checkpoints in the subway. It's impossible to do with the number of stops and entrances to secure a subway. They will most likely use VIPR teams and their Inspectors for Surface modes to support city and state resources.
TSA is in fact required by law to work with these parties to secure rail transit. 49 USC 114(d) states that the TSA Administrator is responsible for not only aviation security but for "other modes of transportation that are exercised by the Department of Transportation" as well. These include rail, ferry, trucking, "over-the-road bus," and other infrastucture such as pipelines. |

Spotted a TSA guy along with two Metro cops this evening at Metro Center, DC observing folks getting on/off the Red Line in the direction of Union Station. I think they're already here

This just proves that our government doesn't know that they already have the ability to deter terrorism by having REAL cops doing real law enforcement activities. What would the TSO have done if he/she had spotted something out of sorts? Pointed and shouted to those that can really do something about it? |

To what purpose was it necessary to put a blue shirt with 2 LEOs? Were they color coordinated to make a handsome trio?
