Hi skyamber,
This message board is about flying in general and this sub forum deals with aviation safety, not immigration/visa issues. Try posting your question at either of these message boards (I'm a member of both and can vouch for their helpfulness) and you'll have much better luck: http://immigrate2us.net/forum/index.php http://www.visajourney.com/forums/ ~Alan The TSA Sucks! This is definitely looking like the other half to this guy .... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...canada-us.html
Note to the OP - If I read that right you lied to the immigration folks, not a smart move! |
Thanks!

Have a look at #113 from this thread: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...nada-us-8.html
There you can see that you are not supposed to enter the US on 6 month tourist visas (or even temporarily without visa) when you are in fact the fiancée of a US resident. I would NOT recommend trying to enter again in order to marry! You would probably need a K-1 visa. Since you have now been denied entry at least once this could be hard to get. You also "misrepresented the facts" when you were interviewed by CBP. Under those circumstances I would talk to an immigration lawyer, and don't forget to tell him about what you probably considered a white lie. Don't try to resolve this the "fast and easy" way: It normally isn't. |
Thank you 0815, I needed some helpful advice.
