global entry with a kid?
 

anyone have experience?
they told me when I enrolled that I should just go over to the first CBP officer and show them my passport and explain that I Am enrolled in the program but am traveling with my baby (--> which should enable me to cut to the front of the line instead of using the kiosk).
Ive only used it while traveling alone.
just curious if what the agent who enrolled me told me, is accurate.

You cannot bring a companion of any age through using the kiosk, even an infant. If anybody in your party is not a GE member, then all non-members must use the normal lines and fill out a customs declaration form. Or, if you wanted to be friendly, everyone could go through the normal lines.

In the scenario that you mentioned, where you are traveling with a non-member who is highly dependent (such as an infant or young child), I'm sure you could show your CBP sticker on the back of your passport and go to the front of the line.

what I want to know - has anyone successfully done this? I know you are "I'm sure you could..." - I also am fairly confident what they told me, will work, but I want to know if a/o has any personal experience with it.
