Business Long Distance for Miles?

Business Long Distance for Miles?
Can anyone recommend a BUSINESS long distance carrier who pays miles? I'm at the end of my rope with MCI and Hawaiian Miles -- two years in the program and not one blessed mile has posted to my Hawaiian account. Seven attempts to fix it, and still nothing.
Any leads will be most appreciated. A combo business long distance, local and local toll plan would be preferred.

The one and only remaining miles-for-business-service program is MCI-Northwest. You can earn miles for their integrated local/long distance Neighborhood service, as well as for long distance at 4 cents per minute via their Small Business Department.

Do you know if Northwest Miles are exchangeable for HHonors points? That was my only interest in Hawaiian miles.
