Has anyone been able to talk Sprint into any deal for extra points after their 25,000 expired? If I switch (dreading it), has anyone gotten a nice offer of points to come back?

Sprint called me on April 10 and offered a pretty poor deal for dropping MCI and returning. I told the rep. he needed to do better than 5,000 miles and that MCI was giving me 25,000 over 5 months. He immediately told me he could match that! When asked why he hadn't offered such a deal in the first place, he stated that he could offer the 25K "if the customer initiated the request for 25,000 miles." I still turned him down since MCI has just made the first delivery of 5,000 on its 25K deal. You might want to give Sprint a call and specifically ask if they will match MCI's offer.
