Jilted for Neighborhood signup bonuses
 

We were initially contacted by a telemarketer in August, who sold my wife on the idea of The Neighborhood, based on the bonuses offered. We were offered 7,500 USAirways miles for signing up, plus 5 miles per dollar spent, plus the first month free. Many snafus ensued before service was finally turned on it November. The miles never posted, nor did the free first month materialize. In addition, in one of the phone calls in September or October, we were promised $25 gift certs. for all our trouble. They never came either. Contacted MCI customer service a couple times. Each time told that USAirways was no longer a partner. I countered that US was a partner when (a) I signed up, and (b) when service was finally begun. They have promised resolution, but produced nothing. Spending upwards of 45 minutes on calls seeking a solution is growing old. Any suggestions on what I can do?
