How Can You Obtain Your Contract From MCI Worldcom Wireless?

I have tried calling them (which is such a long, long hold time, it's ridiculous) and emailing them. I've called five times in all and each time they said a copy of my MCI Worldcom Wireless Contract will be mailed to me.

I've never received a copy of my contract when I first signed up with their services. That is why I want to obtain a copy of my contract.

My first contact with them requesting a copy of my contract has been well over six months ago. Let me say, I think I've been patient enough and frankly, I'm getting tired of their lies and unfulfilled promises.

Do any of you have a direct contact phone number to reach them without the long wait? Someone who makes sure what is promised is carried through?

I would most certainly appreciate it.

Thank you.

Sorry to be the one to explain it to you- You've been had.

I spent over six months trying to get MCI/Worldcom to make right, with only about five dollars credit, over that much time, to be shown for it. Less time spent, Certified mail, etc etc.

Many many posts have been made to this site, mostly in 1999 and 2000 about the insurmountable problems ordinary humans have with MCI.

Vote with your dollars and your feet, never deal with MCI again. You will be better off to just resign yourself to it and take the loss.

Yours Truly, Woody

Hi. Oh, I have the services. I even got my StarTac phone for $20. That worked out really well. It's just I'm unsure exactly what my services are; how many free airtime minutes, etc. etc. I just want to have my contract in hand because I've never received it.

Oh, I know all about MCI and their "lovely"(sarcastically said, mind you) services. They were my long distance phone company. The ONLY reason I signed up with them for that is to get the American Airlines frequent flyer miles for the 20,000 miles Promo. Well, since that is over, I called immediately and cancelled it.

I wish I could find a direct phone number that will allow me to skip all of that holding time on the phone.

Thanks for responding.
