I love the MileWorkshop, but for some reason the "phone offers" never come close to being the best that are out there. The last time I checked the best offer available (listed on the site) was 5,000 over 6 months.
I was hopiing someone might know of some better offers.
I doubt I'll find the 25K over 6 months again, but 5K hardly seems worth the effort to switch.

I love the Mileage Workshop, for some reason the "phone deals" haven't been all that great lately.
I doubt I'll find 25K over 6 months again, but 5K over 6 months doesn't seem worth the effort of switching.
What I was hoping for is any other offers (hopefully for more miles) that people might have heard about (and some details on how to sign up for them).

Look at a post by "Suzanne" dated 5/17/01 at
4:20PM http://frequentflier.com/cgi-local/index.cgi She claims to have recently received 20,000 miles from MCI for changing
carriers.

Promised miles are definately not the same as recieved miles. Read this link re: my experience before you deal with MCI/Worldcom.

While I place most of my calls using http://www.onesuite.com/ I always keep an
account with MCI or AT&T for the bonus
programs. I had a call today from MCI wanting
to switch me back from AT&T. After I was offered 5,000 miles to switch, I asked if
a larger milage bonus was available and was
told that at this time, 5,000 was it. When
I said that would not do it, the rep said
some reps offer more miles than this but in actuality 5K was the maximum bonus.

If you get any bonus miles with MCI - be happy!
A flyer promised 5 x 1,000 Delta Sky Miles and I joined MCI.
I received this answer from MCI on my e-mail claim. I called - It means I don't get
any more miles.
