I too have a recent horror story w/MCI (and a few more over the last several years). I finally switched to Sprint a couple of days ago, and now I would like to send MCI an emai to close my account (since it seems that just a phone call won't do). What's their email address? I can send an email from their website using the form they provide, but then I will have no record of it.

When you send it via there web site, they send you back a copy of your e-mail with a ticket number. You will have a full record this way.

honu, when you switched to sprint, what kind of deal did you get? I am switching later this week.
