What a mess!!
 

I recently called MCI to sign up for their Worldcom offer in connection with United which was worth 5,000 points. I waited 2 months and no card came so I called again and they reissued the card. The card came yesterday but somehow they set up my account in Japanese. I tried using the card to make a call and the operator spoke nothing but Japanese. I called MCI back and got them to change it to English and was advised they had to reissue the card because of the language change. While I was on the phone with MCI I noticed the address printed on the card mailer and burst out laughing. I live in Toronto and the address printed on the mailer was:

Ternoto, Onterio
Ceneda

No postal code either! Have to hand it to Canada Post for getting this one delivered.
