TACA only flies to Cusco, not to Piura. At the moment I think the only commercial flights that go to Piura or Tumbes are LAN flights (if you fly LAN, try to get tickets in the Base Plus fare class).

Talara is another (LAN) option and it's closer to Mancora than Piura city. Almost the same distance as from Tumbes, but from the south
