Machu Picchu ticket website error
 

I purchased tickets through the government website give days ago. I completed the reservation and payment part, but only today realized I forgot to do the check-in. Now when I try to print the tickets it's giving me an error. Did I wait too long to check in?

Edit: I was able to check in and print after a few tries. The website is really slow today.
