I am chiming in a little late but the Hotel Monasterio in Cusco is really fabulous (we were there in Sept 2008). As for things to do, you will not want to miss Sacsayhuaman. Have a great trip!

Ah, so that's worth seeing while we're in Cusco. Good to know!
