new economy-class "out of this miserable eco-world"?

looking at Singapore Airlines newest ads in Swiss newspapers, ti really seems, that their renewed economy class is very special (with an individual entertainment-system at every seat with more than 60 options to choose from: films - nintendo etc, etc.), free champagne, big choice of wines, very high praised menues.

i ads look like and read like other airlines communicate their first-class ...

Rudi, well, that's Singapore Airlines for you. I have been a fan of theirs since my college days. They are wonderful! Last year, my praises for Singapore Airlines were printed in Business Traveler International magazine. That is why I am surprised that InsideFlyer has not given them any reviews.

However, they just started installing these improved features so they are not available in all aircrafts just yet. You should go to their website (www.singaporeair.com) and see what they have done to their Business Class (Raffles Class) and First Class cabins. Truly impressive! I always fly them to Asia in Raffles Class-- in fact, I will fly them to HKG, TPE, SIN, and MNL in January 1999 (hey, if you're in any of these cities that month, let's meet for drinks).
