Do you know any public transportation from there to downtown ?

Downtown Seattle, I assume you're asking (not Renton).

Route 140, then transfer to 150 are your best bet. It'll take about an hour.

Since the hotel has shuttle to airport. It might better to take shuttle and 194 . Do you think it would be better this way ? Thx.

like others have said if the hotel has a shuttle you can take it down the road and catch the 194 at Interurban Blvd..next to the Family Fun Center there's a stop. or up the hill to Sunset Blvd. and catch the 101. I think distance wise they're about the same..
