Baggage check in Seattle times, Help please, sorry not sure of which forum

Hi
I cannot get the answer to my question so need your expert help.
Flying out of SeaTac post cruise on 19 May BA 0048 to LHR
Departs 19.20
Would love to check in bags and clear security and freshen up
/ shower in the BA lounge as early as possible,
Does anybody have experience of the earliest I can check in bags, Will have checked in on line, but need to be able to spend some time 'chilling' before flight as husband not a good flyer,
If it cannot be done early I may need a day room. If it can we will do a post cruise excursion and arrive about 1pm.
I don't fancy sitting at SeaTac for many hours.
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Yours is the second BA flight of the day; the earlier one departs at 13:30, so the counter will probably be open around 10:00. If you're coming straight from the cruise pier, it might or might not be open when you arrive, depending on how quickly you get away from the cruise terminal or how long the security lines are.

The BA website says it closes for a couple of hours in the afternoon, but I'm not sure if that's a year-round vs. winter schedule. Note there are a couple of pay-to-enter lounges ("The Club") that are open all day - $40 - but which don't have showers.

Thanks so much for replying. Ideally I want to get rid of the baggage about 2pm the latest, then get through security and apparently we do have lounge access with a shower facility included in our BA ticket, If I cannot do that I will go for the day room option at the Hilton, Thanks for your help
