Could have sworn that had its own thread .... must be another forum, can't find it in PNW.

And of course AF and AM make sense with DL having a hub in SEA.

Singapore Airlines will start nonstop SIN-SEA service next September. Alaska will provide connecting services onward.

Now if only AS will finish working on being able to redeem MileagePlan miles on Singapore (well, and Aer Lingus) that'll make for a nice reward option. Though at 16 hours, I'd certainly need to psych myself up for that, even in J or F.

Did the even longer LAX-SIN-LAX in J on UA, and even with UA's mediocre soft product found it OK. My friend's u/g request didn't clear and flew SIN-SFO in coach and lived to tell about it, though he grumbled a lot.

That is now do-able. I just booked an Aer Lingus itinerary using Alaska miles.

And, we should now get back to the main topic.

Along with the bombshell announcement that Alaska Airlines is joining the Oneworld alliance, American has announced SEA-BLR service beginning next year.
