Delta FO only maps to SkyTeam Elite, rather than SkyTeam Elite Plus (GM, PM, DM), so there's not much. Unless you're flying on a fare that includes lounge access, it's not included without the "Plus." You should get: priority reservation wait list (when fares permit), preferred seating, priority check-in counters, priority boarding, and extra baggage allowance. Looks like RDM and MQM/MQD earning for Delta is a little sad as you'd need to fly Y, PE, or J just to earn 100% of miles and MQMs, and even J only earns 20% MQDs.
