Thumbs down on Silver. Had several poor experiences that culminated with a trip in vain for which they would not issue a credit. Thankfully, a chargeback went uncontested and resulted in a decision in my favor.
A colleague was on a recent PNS-TPA flight and the over-wing emergency exit door fell into the cabin upon touchdown on the runway.
They can’t rollout the new planes fast enough.
