Spirit: Cancel one PAX on 4 PAX PNR

Spirit: Cancel one PAX on 4 PAX PNR
Of four people on one RT NK PNR, one can't fly. I can't figure out how to remove her from the PNR online. It also appears NK charges a cancellation fee. Can we just remove her, or what would happen if she doesn't show up but the other three fly? Thanks.
