Will Spirit airline check my bag in the night before an early flight?
I'm not a frequent traveler, so bear with me...
I have a 5:30 AM flight (tuesday morn) and would love to check my bag in the night before. Will they check it in and give me my baggage claim stub and drop my bag off with the baggage check unit if I get there about 7pm the night before the flight?
I may sleep at a friends house or in the airport Terminal 3.
I had a 5:00pm non-stop flight to Panama, but they cancelled it and put me on this one.

I doubt it. Most airlines wouldn't check a bag in the previous day and Spirit is not known for its service. A couple of questions that I have to ask:
1. Have you prepaid for your checked luggage? If not, it will cost more when you check it.
2. Don't forget to print your boarding pass out at home. That'll cost more at the airport too.
Everything is extra on Spirit - including on board water. Their website does a good job of disclosing the fees but some people - particularly infrequent travelers - are still surprised.

Thanks,
Yes, I prepaid for the ORD--> Panama flight when I bought the ticket, hoping it covers to FtLauderdale and to Panama now.
I'll print it monday, can't do it until 24 hrs prior.
Yea, probably my last flight with them.
