Apparently Spirit's entire computer system is broken systemwide, requiring airport agents to check passengers in by hand on paper.

CNN reports that Spirit told WXYZ-TV in Detroit that the system was down for "routine maintenance." On the busiest travel day of the year.

Manually checking the pax records against the no-fly list ?
Would not be surprised if the TSA steps in anytime.

Navitaire was down system wide. It does happen from time to time at any airline!

So then why would the SpiritAir website say that it was down for "Routine System Maintenance"? That is a 100% lie then, if what you are saying is accurate.
