Connection time in Doha on QR
 

Arriving on QR from Colombo, connecting on QR to Heathrow, both in C, is 50 mins connection time realistic?

50 min is tight, since they are busing everbody around the airport (can take 20 min to terminal from an outside position).

My experience is if the connection is very tight due to a late arriving aircraft, etc, they take you directly to your next flight.

As you would stay on the shuttle bus until you get to the Premium terminal (as you're flying C), just get your transfer to the next flight sorted right there and then.

I imagine the LHR flight would take a long time to board anyway, so you should be okay if your CMB flight arrive on time. Last week there were around five calls (in C Lounge) for the LHR boarding, so that shows they keep checking until the very end.
