Royal Air Maroc refund experience on refundable fare
 
Hi,

Thinking about buying few refundable tickets(total about USD 7000) from Royal Air Maroc. How good are they handling refund request? Does it take long to get my money back? Does it need multiple phone calls? I read few not so good experiences online regarding close in cancellations and not getting refund promptly.

As a OneWorld FF with status, you should be fine. I’ve found my refundable RAM tickets roughly take 2-4 days to be processed on their end and maybe two weeks total (max) for the money to be back. I’ve had it much faster than that - and a few times a BIT slower. I always handle over the phone rather than email/other digital channels.

Were your refunds on the Serenity fares (totally refundable) or the Flex fares (refundable subject to conditions)? Thanks
