Gulf Air Website and App
Disappointed in both. I am new to Gulf Air - first flight next month.
The My Booking function is unable to retrieve my reservation.
It gives outdated information on which terminal and lounge it uses at Paris
I hope their issues are limited to their online services and not an early taste of what this airline is really like !

Did you book directly with Gulf Air?
I had similar last year in terms of the app not being able to retrieve my booking, but I had booked via Aeroplan. I had to spend quite a bit of time with on the phone with Aeroplan to get a Gulf Air booking reference which worked.
As for the flight itself, I flew Falcon Gold and everything about it was superb.

I called GF to reserve a seat and the agent could see no reason why I couldnt retrieve my reservation. Maybe the issue will resolve itself, who knows?

Attempted a few times to book return leg/ multi-city (essentially a simple BAH 2 days stopover yet it would come back as an error...), so neither multi-city, nor a regular stopover would be possible, only straight forward return itineraries. Once the website/app are enhanced, there would be no need calling them for such simple bookings

Any recent experiences with managing one's booking on Gulf Air? I have the Gulf Air booking reference numbers, but they don't work on the website.
These are for relatively short flights, but I like my window seats. 🙂

Did you through Gulf Air or third party? I was told that if you book directly with the airline, you can do everything online via the app or website.
