Award availability on AT

Anyone had any luck booking awards on RAM? Expertflyer is showing 0 availability on all routes, either in J or Y.
I tried to book through EY Guest callcentre, but same story.
Have they frozen awards altogether?

I also noticed EF showing nothing on RAM (but I’ve never checked before, so I didn’t know if that’s normal or not). I did just book award flights in July on RAM via AA so there is award space.

I booked economy flights on RAM via Asia Miles yesterday (COO-CMN-MAD) and the same flights were visible on British Airways. Lots of availability both in economy and business.
