Will Skyteam Elite Plus extra baggage allowance apply on TU if sold as MEA flight?

Will be flying BEY-TUN on TU metal but since there is a codeshare agreement between TU and ME on this sector, the ticket can be issued as a ME flight number.

I am AF Platinum but no status with ME. Will the extra baggage allowance for Skyteam elite plus apply on TU if issued as a ME flight?

No, the extra baggage allowance is only valid on flights operated by a SkyTeam member airline
