Oman Air - alcohol on short haul sectors?
Does anyone know if Oman Air serves alcohol in Business Class on short haul sectors? Is champagne available for pre-departure beverage for Dubai and/or Doha sectors?
I'm weighing up whether to splurge for an award ticket in J or stick to Y!

I've flown MCT-DXB-MCT with them in J a few times over the last couple of months on paid connections to long haul. Wasn't offered champagne predeparture but alcohol is available once airborne.
It's a very short flight (40 mins this morning, although DOH is longer). If you have lounge access already that might be enough to convince you to save your miles. But then again it is a big recliner seat in J rather than Y in J clothing
