Oman Air - Baggage interline & Through Check in
Hi All,
Never flown with WY before and am planning on doing CGK - MCT then MCT to DOH on seperate bookings/PNR in October. On the way back i am doing DOH - MCT then MCT - LHR, again on a seperate PNR. My question is:
1. Will WY check my bag through to DOH even if its on a seperate booking. Likewise will they check my bags from DOH-MCT-LHR?
2. Will they give me the boarding pass for both segments when i check in?
3. When i check in, will i need to show an e visa to enter oman (even though i dont want to go landside) as my bookings are on seperate PNRs? Or will they just assume im doing VOA? (not sure if the latter still exists?)
Thanks in advance.
J

Check in at Jakarta requested to see my visa for Oman (voluntary stop over), so I'd assume they also ask you as well.
My visa was actually expired by the time I arrived in Oman, as they are only valid for 1 month after application approval. Not a huge deal besides having to pay for another at a separate immigration officers desk.
