Where to put my MS points if SG doesn't count them?

I have a number of Egypt Air flights coming up and normally I put all my Star Alliance points on Singapore Airlines. The flights are CPH-ABV and a return ABV-MEL for what it's worth.

The classes I am flying on Egypt Air (V, T, L, S) are not good enough for SG. https://www.singaporeair.com/saar5/p...FOALLevels.pdf

The obvious thing to do is open a new Egypt Air miles account and put them there, knowing I will probably never use them.

Is there a better option?

I am not married to SG as my Star Alliance points cache, but they are convenient because I mostly fly to Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.

V, T, L, S are discount and deep discount fares on MS.
They have limited and very limited earning.

IS SQ your primary program?

Do you have any earning or transfer abilities with other programs via a banking relationship that could be used to top off another program where these miles could go?

Having miles/points in two accounts isn't a big deal if they have potential to be used but letting them be orphan miles is not ideal.
