RJ's website does not allow a booking to be completed. Suggest calling RJ at 212 949 0050. According to website sale is over at 5pm ET. Representative said until Midnight. Reps cannot take a credit card on Sunday so once they give you a record locator, they ask you to finalize the booking on rj.com (which I was able to do) or call back tomorrow. I'd recommend ticketing on the website so you know you have the far. Business class from most US cities ~$2,500 - $2,850 incl taxes. I think fare books into I class not D.
