No visa upon landing. You only fill in a transit card which u must keep and give it on departure gate if i remember correct My transit was ok but it was with saudia for different airlines check departure terminals.

Does anyone have any inside news on when the next tranche of SV flights are to be shifted from the dilapidated Terminal S in JED to the new terminal?
